but it's personal to us. it's only a question of how long ago many of our families came into the united states. many of us were here before the united states. so it really is a continuum, so we can still relate to the newly arrived immigrant. and there are so many of us throughout, as i say kind of a continuum of the length of time we have been in this country. when you have arizona, and those kind of laws and the extreme rhetoric of the tea party, it does filter across all latino communities. you can't have kids chanting usa, usa, usa, arizona, when five citizen latino kids take the basketball court in two different cities in texas unless something bad is happening out there. so something has to stop. >> congressman i want to ask two questions going forward about the republicans. you are already hearing some of them. i read that republicans should embrace, immigration reform amnesty, learn to say the word. so my questions are what do you think the prospects are of the republican party coming to that position
